Like you, I’m crazy busy! I work full time, have three teenagers (ages 13, 14, and 15) who can’t drive yet, and my fiancé travels a lot for work! I’m always looking for ways to make my life more convenient.
My first appointment was amazing! The appointment ended with a game plan: blood work to see if I was allergic to anything and check the basics, cut out sugar, and meditate for 10-15 minutes a day. Wait, what? Meditate?
I grew up thinking you had to be in really bad shape to need a therapist, when in reality, I wish I would have gone to one sooner. My kids also see a therapist and have never once complained about going – they actually like it and want to go!
