I’m not going to do them in any particular order. I just need to finish one a day. Setting resolutions and goals in January may seem silly, but it’s important for us to constantly strive to be better than we were the year prior, even the day before, one day at a time.

I grew up thinking you had to be in really bad shape to need a therapist, when in reality, I wish I would have gone to one sooner. My kids also see a therapist and have never once complained about going – they actually like it and want to go!
